Most Whishy products take 5 to 10 business days to make from the date your order is confirmed. Simple items — keychains, single-piece planters, small vases — are typically ready within 3 to 5 days. Complex personalised figurines, multi-piece family sculptures, and birth announcement frames with custom text can take up to 10 days because each piece is printed, hand-finished, and quality-checked individually. Production time for each specific product is listed on its product page. You'll receive an email update at three points: order confirmation, when production begins, and when your piece ships or is ready for collection. If you need an item by a specific date, message us on WhatsApp before ordering and we'll confirm whether the date is realistic.

Yes. Most products on our site are customisable, and the options are clearly listed on each product page — colour pickers, size choices, and personalisation fields where they apply. Our keychains accept a custom name in the font of your choice, our birth announcement frames take baby name and birth details, and our family sculptures can be configured to match your family setup including pets. If you have an idea that goes beyond what the configurator allows — a specific theme, an unusual size, a fully bespoke figurine — message us on WhatsApp or email hello@whishy.be with reference photos and we'll quote it within a working day.

Each product page lists its specific sizes (for many items: Classic and Statement) and the colours available for each layer. Personalised products carry a name field, a font picker, and where relevant a base / text colour pair so the piece reads at a glance from across a room. Multi-layer pieces — figurines, family sculptures, vases — let you pick a different colour for every component. Premium colours (gold, silver, glow-in-the-dark) carry a small surcharge that's clearly shown in the configurator before you check out. For special requests or items not in the configurator, get in touch and we'll work with you directly.

We print on Bambu Lab PLA Matte filament — a high-quality plastic made from renewable plant resources like corn starch. PLA is biodegradable under industrial composting conditions, durable for everyday use, free from BPA and phthalates, and safe to handle. The Bambu Lab Matte line has a fine texture that catches light beautifully and feels closer to ceramic than glossy plastic. We also stock specialty filaments — silk-finish gold and silver, marble, glow-in-the-dark — for pieces where the surface story matters as much as the shape. Filament colours are listed at /colors with a swatch and the matching surcharge (if any).

PLA is durable for indoor decorative use and everyday handling — keychains, planters, picture frames, figurines all hold up well with normal care. Our pieces are not waterproof or dishwasher-safe; don't submerge them or run them through a hot wash cycle. PLA softens around 60 °C, so keep prints away from direct strong sunlight on a hot summer day or heat sources like radiators. They're not food-safe — please don't eat or drink directly from them. If a piece picks up dust, wipe with a dry or barely-damp soft cloth. Planters can hold a soil-filled inner liner; drain excess water rather than letting it sit.

Yes — for most personalised products you can request a 3D render preview before we start printing. Tick the "Send me a render preview" option at checkout, or message us afterwards. We'll send you a turntable image (often a short video) showing the piece in your chosen colours and customisation so you can confirm the spelling, proportions, and colour combination. If something isn't right we'll adjust before pressing print — most adjustments take less than 24 hours. For complex bespoke commissions we send the render automatically; for standard configured products we only render on request because production is otherwise faster without it.

We ship to Belgium (€6.99, free over €50, 1–2 business days), the Netherlands, France, and Germany (€11.99, free over €75, 2–5 business days), and on request to other EU countries (5–10 business days). Shipping costs and free-shipping thresholds are shown at checkout for the country you select. Belgian orders ship via bpost; international orders ship via bpost or DPD depending on the destination. Once your order ships you'll receive an email with the tracking number, a tracking link, and the carrier name. If your country isn't listed at checkout, message us before ordering — we can usually arrange shipping for an additional fee.

Yes — local pickup at our Niel studio is free. The address is Ringovenlaan 38, 2845 Niel, Belgium. Pickup is by appointment only because we run the studio while we print, so let us know via WhatsApp (+32 499 37 57 71) when your order is ready and we'll arrange a convenient time. You'll get an email when your piece is ready for collection — most pickups happen within a couple of days of that notification. If you can't make it within a week, no problem; we'll hold the piece for you and you can drop in whenever suits.

Because every Whishy piece is custom-made to order, we don't accept returns for change of mind — we'd rather catch any issue before we press print, which is why the render preview option exists. If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos and we'll arrange either a replacement or a refund at no cost to you. For damages obviously caused in transit (carrier-dropped boxes, crushed packaging) the same applies — we'll handle the carrier claim on our end. Return shipping for non-defective items is at the customer's expense and only accepted in exceptional cases on a case-by-case basis.

Once your order ships you receive an email with the tracking number, a tracking link, and the carrier name (usually bpost). For the most current status — whether your order has been confirmed, is in production, is ready for collection, or has shipped — visit /track-order on our site, enter your order number and the email you used at checkout, and you'll see the full timeline. The tracking page works for both shipped and pickup orders. Bookmark it if you'd like to check progress; we update each milestone as soon as it happens, usually within minutes of the change.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and other major credit and debit cards via Stripe, plus Bancontact (the Belgian default), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna (pay later or in instalments), and direct bank transfer for larger custom orders. Payment is processed by Stripe — we don't store any card data on our servers. For complex bespoke orders we'll email you a secure Stripe payment link after we've reviewed the brief and confirmed scope; the link is valid for 24 hours and you can pay from any device. If a payment method you'd like isn't visible at checkout, drop us a line and we'll work something out.

Whishy is a Belgian micro-enterprise registered under Article 56bis — the Belgian small-business VAT exemption scheme. Under this rule, businesses below the franchise threshold do not charge VAT on their invoices and cannot reclaim VAT on inputs. Our VAT number BE1027327691 appears on every receipt for identification, but the invoice total is the price you see at checkout — there's no separate VAT line. The exemption text "BTW vrijgesteld onder artikel 56bis (België) / TVA exonérée selon l'article 56bis (Belgique)" appears on every page and on the printed receipt. If your business is VAT-registered and needs an Article 56bis-compliant invoice for accounting, ask via email and we'll send a formatted version.

Yes — we love bulk projects. Examples: corporate gifts, wedding favours, school class projects, name keychains for a sports team, branded keepsakes for a launch event. Email hello@whishy.be or message on WhatsApp with the rough quantity, the date you'd need them by, and any branding or customisation you have in mind, and we'll come back with a quote and a realistic lead time. Pricing for bulk orders gets better as quantity goes up; orders over 50 pieces typically receive a tiered discount automatically and may include a free render preview round so you can sign off before production.
