Christmas gifts made for one family, not for everyone
A personalised Christmas gift is one that could only belong to the person opening it. Whishy 3D-prints these in Niel, near Antwerp: a sculpture of your exact family (a couple, a parent with one to four children), a lamp in a colour you chose, a photo frame with a name, a vase for the person who has everything. Prices run from €6.99 for a name magnet to €39.99 for the Aura Luxe lamp, and most pieces are between €20 and €30.
The family sculptures are the Christmas favourite: grandparents receive a figure of their children and grandchildren, new parents a couple with one child. They come in Classic (13.5 cm) and Statement (18.5 cm) and in 16 to 17 colours, so they match the living room they end up in.
Belgians exchange gifts on Christmas Eve or Christmas morning. Order by 11 December for delivery in Belgium; earlier for the Netherlands, France and Germany.
