Housewarming gifts for a house that is still empty
A housewarming gift has one job: to be the first object in the new place that was not moved from the old one. Whishy makes design objects for exactly that: a folded-form fruit bowl, a Voronoi bowl that throws shadows, Nordic and floating vases, a trio of geometric planters, and a name sign for the front door, all 3D-printed in matte PLA in Niel and shipped across Belgium, the Netherlands, France and Germany.
Because every piece is made to order, you choose the colour to match the kitchen or the hallway you have seen, instead of hoping. Prices run from €14.99 for the Elysiar floating vase to €31.99 for the GeoTrio planter set.
For a couple that has just moved in together, a door sign with both names is the gift that gets photographed.
- Design objects €14.99–31.99
- Colour-matched to the new interior
- Lightweight PLA — survives the next move

When to order
Housewarmings are usually a few weeks after the move, so there is time: bowls, vases and planters are printed in 3 to 7 business days and delivered in Belgium 1 to 2 days later. Lamps take up to 10. Order two weeks before the party; order earlier if you want it sent to the new address and need the move-in date confirmed.
All pieces are lightweight PLA and wipe clean with a damp cloth; none are dishwasher-safe.
Questions people ask
What is a good housewarming gift that is not a plant or a bottle?
A design object for the new space: a sculptural fruit bowl (€24.99–29.99), a vase (€14.99–25.99), a set of geometric planters (€31.99) or a name sign for the front door (€14.99). All are 3D-printed to order in Belgium in the colour you choose.
Can I choose the colour to match their kitchen?
Yes. Each piece is printed in the filament colour you pick from 15 to 17 options on the product page, so you can match a specific kitchen or hallway rather than guess.
Are the bowls food-safe?
They are made for whole fruit, bread and decorative objects. Do not use them for cut food or liquids, and wipe clean with a damp cloth instead of the dishwasher.
