Custom and bulk orders: made from your idea, in the quantity you need
Whishy takes custom and bulk orders alongside the catalogue: a piece designed from your idea, reference photos or logo, or a set of 10 to several hundred personalised pieces for a wedding, a company, a birthday party, a school class or a naming ceremony. Everything is 3D-printed and hand-finished in our studio in Niel, near Antwerp, and shipped across Belgium, the Netherlands, France and Germany, or collected from the studio.
Send us the rough quantity, the date you need it by and what you have in mind, and we come back with a quote and a realistic lead time, normally within a working day. Bulk pricing improves with quantity: orders over 50 pieces typically receive a tiered discount and can include a free render preview round so you sign off before we print.
Typical requests are name keychains or magnets for every wedding guest, branded keepsakes for a product launch, a class set with every child's name, favours for a christening or babyborrel, and one-off figurines or décor from a sketch.

How to orderHow a custom order works

- 2We reply with a quote, the lead time and any questions, normally within a working day.
- 3For bulk sets and bespoke designs we send a render preview; over 50 pieces this round is included. You check spelling, colours and proportions.
- 4You confirm and pay by secure Stripe link, or by bank transfer for larger orders.
- 5We print and hand-finish in Niel, then ship with bpost or hold the order for free pickup. Large sets go out in one parcel.

Pricing, payment and lead time
Catalogue pieces ordered in bulk start from their product price (name keychains and magnets €6.99) and get cheaper as quantity goes up; over 50 pieces a tiered discount typically applies. Bespoke pieces are quoted per piece after we have seen the brief.
Lead time depends on quantity and complexity, so we confirm it in the quote before you commit; tell us the date and we say honestly whether it is realistic. Payment is by secure Stripe link (cards, Bancontact, Klarna) or bank transfer for larger orders. Invoices carry our VAT number BE1027327691; as a small enterprise under article 56bis we charge no VAT, so the invoice total is the quoted price.
Questions people ask
Is there a minimum quantity for a bulk order?
No fixed minimum. Bulk pricing on name keychains and magnets starts with small sets printed in the same colour set, and a tiered discount typically applies from 50 pieces. For one-off bespoke pieces there is no minimum at all; they are quoted per piece.
Can you print our company logo or wedding monogram?
Yes. Send a vector file (SVG, PDF or AI) or a sharp PNG and tell us the colours. We confirm the result in a render preview before printing, because fine detail prints differently from how it looks on screen.
How far ahead should we order 100 wedding favours?
Ask as early as you have the guest list; we quote a realistic lead time for the quantity and hold the date once you confirm. Larger sets are printed in batches and shipped in one parcel, or collected from the studio in Niel.
Can you make something that is not on the website?
Yes. A specific theme, an unusual size or a figurine from reference photos: message us on WhatsApp or email hello@whishy.be with photos or a sketch and we quote it within a working day, including what is and is not printable.
Do you invoice businesses?
Yes. Every order gets an invoice with our VAT number BE1027327691. Whishy is a Belgian small enterprise under article 56bis, so no VAT is charged or reclaimable; the invoice total is the price you were quoted.
